You could also try a “real” virtual machine (one that runs on virtual server and not on Virtuozzo). Qualityhosting offers them. However, there are much more expensive than Virtuozzo vServers.

It appears I was wrong about this. Compact Edition has replaced EE and there was even an announcement about it the other day (http://www.mseventseurope.com/downloads/teched/livedev/vt_MarkJewett.wmv).

Not sure when this decision was made, but as a MCT/MCITP SQL and someone who has been playing with the Beta for a while, I thought I would have been told this earlier. Suppose I shouldn’t complain too much as we’ve just had to rename all the labs here that deal with EE to Compact Edition so it appears that I was not the only one kept in the dark!

Sorry for confusing you all.
